Funding Fanatics was founded in 2004 by CEO Marty Orenstein. At that time, as director of a large national funding company, Marty realized the staffing industry was in desperate need of an independent financial referral service run by someone who understood both the finance and the staffing industries.
Funding Fanatics was launched with the goal of matching independent staffing operators with funding sources who meet their unique capitalization requirements and business needs.
Funding Fanatics began with a dozen sources already on board, thanks to Marty’s 38 years of experience in the lending business. Since then, the company has added an additional dozen lenders who meet the high standards of Funding Fanatics including banks, asset based lenders, factoring companies and industry funders.
Funding Fanatics’ mission remains to provide the highest quality lending referrals and expertise to staffing entrepreneurs, thus helping owners concentrate on the sales and recruiting aspects of their business.
